American ethanol jobs and the industry as a whole are under fire. Senator Tom Coburn has introduced an amendment that would repeal the Volumetric Ethanol Excise Tax Credit (VEETC), the critical tax credit that supports renewable fuels.

Please contact your Senators and let them know the importance of VEETC to energy security, job creation, and rural revitalization.

Ask them to OPPOSE the Coburn amendment, No. 436, to the Economic Development Administration re-authorization bill (S. 782).
